When can I move in?
If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs you can move in immediately.
How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
We require a 10 day written notice before you move out.
Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
We rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise. All units larger than 20x20 usually require a one year lease.
When can I access my unit?
At the time of signing you will be given your own security pass code that will allow you access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
How do I make a payment?
You can pay in person, mail a check or money order or make a payment through our website. You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card/savings/checking account monthly.
What forms of payments do you accept?
Cash, Checks, Money Orders, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?
Yes. We sell various moving supplies in our office.
Do I need to bring my own lock?
No, a lock is included in your set up fee upon checking into your unit.
Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
Liquids, Explosives (i.e.: gasoline & turpentine), Flammable liquids, Toxic materials, Perishables and illegal items. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
